Denver Audubon Nature Camp offers immersive, hands-on experiences that inspire young, energetic minds to become thoughtful conservationists and lifelong explorers. Our core philosophy is that playing in the great outdoors is essential. Campers will have the opportunity to play in the mud, splash in streams, learn to "tread lightly," have fun, and form lasting friendships.

Our day camp is at the Denver Audubon Nature Center, at the southern end of Chatfield State Park. Here, in our urban oasis, we love to be immersed in streams, forests, and ponds, and observe the array of wildlife, such as bald eagles, beavers, deer, and so many birds!

This is why we are so excited for summer! Our camp staff are professional educators with extensive experience in camps and youth development. We work and play hard to ensure that your camper feels safe and valued, connects with others at camp, and loves coming to camp every day.
